Understanding OAuth . A Refence Article
I tried my best to understand OAuth from the documentation provided by Twitter but could not understand the basic necessity itself as the doc is very technical in nature.
But after a search on OAuth articles on Google, I stumbled across this article (aptly titled OAuth for Dummies)
What an article !!!
Makes the process of understanding OAuth a breeze. These are the kinda of articles that get you up and running on a topic in just one read. Amazing !!
Highly recommended.

Kickstarting Project "Bol"
Bol stands for "speak" in Hindi.
Whats the project all about?
Simple. Its using twitter, with a more familiar interface for social networking, à la facebook.com .
I was frustrated with twitter.com's web interface & i was not a great fan of Facebook's privacy policy. So i thought of pulling the good characteristics of these 2 social giants and creating a mash-up.
Agreed. i am targeting a niche audience. But my aim is different. Rather than providing a new interface to existing users, i plan to use this mash-up to target new users trying to get onto Twitter.
Personally i feel a lot of potential in Twitter [not so much in Twitter.com] . I firmly believe twitter has the potential to become social-knowledge warehouse or shall we call it "an ecosystem of connected wisdom"ecosytem.
Wish me luck. Here i go !!!

I finally decide to get serious - Pilot blog
Well, never thought i would do this. But here i am, writing my first blog.
After giving it a good thought and researching a lot on various blogging related stuff i have finally made up my mind and started blogging. I don't have any big goals for this blog. I just want to chronicle myself publicly.
What am i going to write here? Good Question. Frankly, i don't have an answer. I think, as i mentioned before, this will just be a developer chronicle. I will be sharing everything that i learn, in the path of my quest to achieve a personal goal [will be posted soon].
What can you expect? Well, you can expect links for developers and Linux users containing howto's, hacks, shortcuts, articles. Basically if you are a struggling developer like me, i will just be sharing my experience to make your life easier.
What do i expect from you? Lots of comments. When you have enough of free time to read my blog, then i don't think writing a few words of comments [Good, Bad or Ugly] will make you miss a train.
So, now that i have laid the first stone, i have to make sure i continue doing this as often as possible.
Wish me luck.
